What does “U.S. person” mean?

For an individual, Regulation S generally looks at U.S. residence, not citizenship alone. It also covers certain entities, trusts, estates and accounts. Read the full definition before confirming if you are unsure.

Your position shows verified cost basis and current return when the shares were acquired through Mast Bond. Historical illustrations are not forecasts. The annual vault fee is 0.35%. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities, and value can fall.
