Terms of Service

Effective 28 August 2026

Company address, VAT number and legal email must be supplied before these Terms are published as final.

These Terms govern access to the Mast Bond website and interface. The service is operated by Mast Bond S.r.l., an Italian limited liability company (the “Company”, “Mast Bond”, “we” or “us”). By using the interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet or submit a transaction.

1. What Mast Bond provides

Mast Bond provides a non-custodial interface for interacting with smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. The interface lets users inspect portfolios, connect a compatible wallet, deposit USDG, receive vault shares and request withdrawals. Some features, including Portfolio Boost and the MAST token, may be described before they are available.

Mast Bond does not control your wallet or approve transactions for you. A transaction is submitted only after you approve it in your wallet. Smart contracts and public blockchains continue to operate independently of this website.

2. Eligibility

You may use the interface only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and may lawfully use the service where you live. You are responsible for determining whether local laws, sanctions, tax rules or other restrictions apply to you.

3. No personalised advice or guaranteed return

Information shown by Mast Bond is general product information, not personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Portfolio names, historical illustrations, risk labels and Adaptive signals do not assess your circumstances or recommend a transaction.

Returns are not fixed or guaranteed. Historical illustrations are not forecasts. Vault value can fall, and you may lose some or all of the assets you deposit.

4. Portfolios, Adaptive and AI

Fixed portfolios use stated target allocations. Custom portfolios use the allocations approved by their creator. Adaptive uses deterministic market rules and may update targets within onchain limits. Its AI component reads approved public economic sources and can only add a bounded defensive adjustment. It does not provide personalised advice, control a wallet or sign a transaction.

Signals may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. When that happens, Adaptive is designed to retain its last valid allocation, but this safeguard cannot remove market, software or infrastructure risk.

5. Assets, fees and execution

Each vault may hold USDG and tokenised exposures such as SPY, QQQ, SGOV and SLV Stock Tokens. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities and do not give direct ownership, voting or shareholder rights in the referenced ETF or issuer.

The current annual vault fee is 0.35%, accrued through the vault’s NAV. Transactions may also incur blockchain fees, spreads, price impact, slippage and third-party charges. The interface shows estimates where available, but the wallet confirmation and executed onchain transaction control.

6. Withdrawals

Normal withdrawals attempt to return USDG by selling the user’s proportional portfolio assets. Execution depends on contract status, liquidity, price feeds and third-party infrastructure. An in-kind withdrawal may be available to return the underlying vault assets and USDG instead. Mast Bond does not promise immediate conversion to cash or a particular execution price.

7. Material risks

Using Mast Bond involves market volatility, loss of principal, smart-contract defects, unaudited code, oracle or price-feed failures, liquidity shortfalls, slippage, token depegging, blockchain congestion or reorganisation, wallet compromise, regulatory change and third-party outages. Tokenised assets may not track their reference assets exactly. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

You are responsible for safeguarding wallet keys, reviewing transaction details and maintaining access to your wallet. We cannot recover a private key, reverse a transaction or restore assets sent to an incorrect address.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the interface to break applicable law, evade sanctions, launder money, finance unlawful activity, interfere with the service, exploit a vulnerability, mislead another person or access systems without permission. We may restrict the hosted interface when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or maintenance. This does not necessarily stop access to public smart contracts through other tools.

9. Third-party services

Wallets, Robinhood Chain, RPC providers, token issuers, exchanges, price feeds and other external services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Mast Bond is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy or conduct.

10. Intellectual property

The Mast Bond name, interface, visual design and website content are owned by or licensed to the Company. These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights. Open-source smart-contract or software components remain governed by their applicable licences.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The interface is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, accurate third-party data or any particular financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights available to consumers. Subject to those rights, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by user-controlled wallets or transactions, or failures of public blockchains and independent third parties.

12. Changes and termination

We may change the interface or these Terms to reflect product, security or legal developments. The effective date above will change when the Terms are updated. Continued use after an update means the new Terms apply from that use. You may stop using the interface at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to consumers in their country of residence. Courts are determined under applicable law; any mandatory consumer forum remains available.
