3. Why we process data
4. Wallets and public blockchains
Your wallet provider processes data under its own privacy terms. Wallet addresses and transactions submitted to Robinhood Chain are public and may remain permanently available. Mast Bond cannot erase or alter public blockchain records. We can only consider requests concerning data controlled offchain by Mast Bond.
5. Adaptive and automated processing
Adaptive analyses market prices and approved public releases from institutions such as the Federal Reserve, BLS, BEA and U.S. Treasury. It does not intentionally send wallet addresses or user prompts to the AI provider. The signal is the same for all users and does not make a personalised decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for an individual.
6. Service providers and recipients
Data may be processed by hosting and content-delivery providers, blockchain RPC providers, security and technical vendors, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. OpenAI processes the approved public-source request used by Adaptive; Mast Bond does not deliberately include connected-wallet data in that request.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, Mast Bond relies on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request information about applicable safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep offchain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention is determined by the data type, operational need, provider settings and applicable limitation or record-keeping periods. Public blockchain data is not controlled by Mast Bond and may remain available indefinitely.
8. Cookies and local technologies
Mast Bond does not currently use advertising or profiling cookies and does not intentionally install non-essential analytics cookies. Essential hosting or security technologies may be used to deliver the site. If non-essential cookies or tracking are introduced, Mast Bond will update this Policy and request consent where required.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and any applicable limits, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the competent authority where you live.
To exercise a right, use the privacy email in section 1. We may need information to verify the request and protect other users.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet or blockchain system is completely secure. You remain responsible for wallet security and for reviewing wallet prompts before signing.
11. Children
Mast Bond is not directed to children. Do not use the interface if you are under 18.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
